Production over theater
A polished demo is a starting point. The real standard is whether the product survives real users, real data, and real operations.
Thryve is an AI-native engineering company shaped by the belief that good software must understand the people, systems, and operational context around the work.
Thryve began inside Rolling Ridge Nursery in Webster Groves, Missouri. A working garden center is a demanding systems environment: customers arrive with incomplete information, plant care changes with place and season, staff knowledge is valuable but finite, and commerce cannot stop while software catches up.
That reality became our proving ground. We built a connected loyalty, customer, commerce, and plant-intelligence platform around the way the nursery actually operates—not around a generic software template.
The result is both a live product and a durable engineering philosophy: understand the operation first, make context part of the architecture, and ship intelligence where it creates a better outcome.
We want the intelligence to feel useful, the software to feel inevitable, and the system behind it to remain understandable.
A polished demo is a starting point. The real standard is whether the product survives real users, real data, and real operations.
Intelligence becomes valuable when it understands the domain, the business, the customer, and the moment.
Agent systems should be observable, auditable, bounded, and ready for explicit approval where the task demands it.
We design for evaluation, feedback, better knowledge, and stronger product behavior—not a one-time launch.
Every product teaches us something new about orchestration, trusted knowledge, diagnostics, and human-agent collaboration. The Agent Fabric turns those lessons into shared infrastructure.
A central manager maintains the registry and routes work. A Chat Bridge provides a direct operator interface. Focused Knowledge, Database, Development, and Infrastructure roles bring specialized context to the job. Connected data and cloud systems give those roles somewhere useful to act.
This is proprietary orchestration and knowledge infrastructure built around leading foundation models—not a claim that Thryve trains its own general-purpose language model.

A connected loyalty, customer, commerce, and plant-intelligence platform for independent garden centers.
Explore the live platformResearch into context-aware care continuity. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or prescribing software.
A future system for coordinating the people, schedules, customer context, and field work behind installations.
Bring us the operational problem. We will help shape the product, the intelligence, and the system around it.
