Information you provide

You may choose to provide your name, email address, company information, and project details when you contact us, request a demonstration, or ask for product support. Our inquiry and demonstration forms send the details you enter, the selected inquiry topic, and the originating website page to Formspree for processing and email delivery to Thryve. Optional information may include your current systems, budget, and timing. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.

How we use information

We use information you send to respond to inquiries, provide support, discuss services, manage business relationships, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.

Service and technical data

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser details, request times, and pages requested, to deliver, secure, and maintain the website and services. Individual Thryve products may provide additional privacy information appropriate to their features and users.

Service providers

We may use vendors for hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications, data storage, commerce integrations, and other product operations. They process information only as needed to provide those services and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

We use Formspree to process and store website form submissions, filter spam, and send email notifications. Formspree may also process technical information associated with a submission. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its practices.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, business and support needs, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us.

We may update this policy as our products and practices evolve. We will post the revised policy here and change the “last updated” date.
